Founded in 1996 by Mauro and Gianfranco Testa, ELCAT boasts over 28 years of experience in food processing automation.
ELCAT specializes in the design and assembly of systems for loading thermoforming machines, trays, and flow-pack lines. Our equipment is capable of receiving bulk portions and automatically carrying out a range of operations, including dosing, counting, aligning, overlapping, and rolling, before preparing the portions for final loading.
In addition, we offer solutions for the picking, aligning, and loading of cheese or meat sticks, as well as systems for weight-dosing and loading a variety of products such as pepperoni, meat nuggets, cheese cubes, olives, and taralli.

Although in this website we intend to show some of the most standard machines, our expertise is in the design and assembly of new customized devices.
Thanks to our engineering team, our internal machining department, and the assembly and testing operations carried on by our personnel, we can ensure complete control over the manufacturing process and final tests of the actual performance of each device.
