Automatic line of bacon loading in trays.This automatic machine has the task to fill up, by established weight, the trays with bacon and then to send them to the discharge belt. The empty trays are moved on weigher that, when the weight of the slices of bacon is correct are pushed out on the conveyor belt.The guaranted precisioni is 5 grams.
Automatic line of bacon loading in trays.This automatic machine aligns on 8 tracks, the frozen slices of bacon that arrive from the freezer. The slices are counted though vision system and they go to fill up the special pockets on the 8 “multi belt” 2 robots with special gripper, with shaped fingers, take the groups of slices of bacon and put them inside the thermoformer.

Hamburger loading line from cutter to thermoformer with robot.This automatic machine alignes the products from 2 to 6 rows, bringing the entire group in the picking zone. The ROBOT with gripper with suckers picks the entire group and discharges it in the thermoformer.
