PARTY-TRAYS LINE WITH 3 PRODUCT IN PREFORMED TRAYS
This system of loading on thermoformer allows the realization of combo-antipasto trays, the machine is composed by: main line with loader on thermoformer and secondary line at the side of the thermoformer. The main line discharges in the thermoformer the first series of sliced product while the second line discharges, through the discharge belt, the second portion of sliced products. On the second line the robot can making the rotation of the products (optional).

This loading system for preformed trays with 1-2-3 type of sliced products inside, is the most versatile system that the market can offering in this moment. Its maximal flexibility of management allows to work to own liking, making infinity combinations of trays, deciding the priority of product inserting in the tray and its position. Another possibility is to work with 2 different type of trays in the same time.
