Trays Automatic Handling

Tray denesters retrieve empty trays from bulk and separate them, positioning each one on the conveyor at the appropriate distance and orientation for subsequent filling through loader modules.

The stacking devices, on the other hand, receive trays from the upstream conveyor and organize them into piles or boxes based on the quantity set by the operator through the Human-Machine Interface (HMI).

The machine supports quick format changes, allowing the efficient handling of trays with different dimensions.
